“The very clear contour of this plastic juice jug not only deflines it as a carefully sculpted object, but provides a firm handle and a spout that does not drip. The designer, whose main practice is graphic design, has approached this as an exercise in three dimensional visual symbolism. The lid is designed so that, when the spout is closed, it lines up with the integrated handle and visually closes the handle and the spout. When open, the curve runs parallel to the spout and reveals a vertical strainer. Through its design, Kuster has shown how the jug is to be used.” – Peter Day and Linda Lewis
