Canadian design firm Patkau Architects designed this amazing cliff side property, overlooking the Pacific waterfront in British Columbia, Canada. Called the Tula House, the home is a contrasting marvel from its surroundings. It’s sleek and modern, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls, timber and concrete materials, as well as a moss-covered roof so it blends in with the trees. While the home itself is amazing, the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean are the real highlight. Perched 44 feet above the rocks below, the residents get a beautiful view of the water. Lastly, skylights bring in natural light, while a central pond in the home is filed with the site’s groundwater.
