This ad campaign, seen in the subways of Toronto, ON, seem to be so sweet and out of place in the dank and cold stations. Apologies and general kindness are a staple of the Canadian mindset and are not new but the positive message of the ad, expressing the acts of kindness of the TTC staff have done, is refreshing. They remind all of us to be kinder to each other and to treat the underground employees as real people (A problem that the TTC has had to manage). Overall, a gentle, pro-humanity message that big cities seem to forget about.
