Designed by Vancouver-based Michael Green Architecture, the six-story building broke ground in 2013 with 13 different British Columbian companies working collaboratively. The building uses a variety of wood products from the local area, including spruce, pine, hemlock, cedar, and Douglas fir, as well as engineered wood products made in British Columbia.
