Cadbury Canada’s thebicyclefactory.ca is an excellent microsite for a worthwhile cause. Adeptly embodying the quirky animation style that Cadbury has been evolving over its last few campaigns, thebicyclefactory.ca manages to be both cute and powerful by marrying whimsical visuals with well thought out copy — a subtly placed placard on the rear wall of the ‘factory floor’ states:
“We believe in Joy. That there should be more of it. We believe that when we work together great things can happen. Together, we can build 5,000 bicycles and deliver them to Ghana, where they will bring children to schools, water to thirsty villages and healthcare to those in need.”
(The television spot features a modified bicycle ambulance, which is today’s twitter background.)
