i have two, the only two i have ever seen. these were made late in the life of SIAL, marked CERVAL for the european market, so not too many were made.

Magnifique théière fabriquée par Sial Ltée (1974-1978) sous la marque Cerval. Créée par Gaétan Beaudin. Voir dans mon livre «Répertoire sur l’héritage céramifère du 20e siècle au Québec» à la p. 253 et 254.

This teapot should have a cover as it is shown identified in a catalog of the period as a teapot no 5234. I have one in the Variation Collection in Grey/ Black but was also made in burnt orange as the one you show.
