Toronto urban magazine Spacing, created these buttons as a lighthearted rebuff of Don Cherry’s already infamous speech at Toronto’s city hall on Monday. Judging by the response when the concept was revealed yesterday, I suspect they’re going to be a big hit. Thousands of people voted in an online poll to choose from three design variations, with the hockey stick version on the left emerging as the winner. Many readers also provided unsolicited design critiques and so many lobbied for the inclusion of a bicycle that Spacing created the Bike Riding Pinko button as well.

Apparently there are designated retail shops around town that sell the buttons. If so, please let me know where. Thank you.
