The bigger than life carafe pouring it’s contents into a massive disposable cup expands on how we normally interact with advertising. This is a full on in your face ad display that turns our world into an adspace playground, delivering us events wrapped in brand content. Adwarp, the ability of advertising to shape the physical world around us, is borrowed territory from art, who is able to produce emotional content via repurposed spaces to challenge the understanding of what we are and how we live.

Fantastic! I believe the carafe is illuminated inside by a light. This is a street lamp that’s been re-purposed. Excellent stuff!

hmmm… I don’t know about this one. I am not convinced. Your words “massive”, “full on”, and “in your face” are appropriate…..When done like this with no finesse it abuses public space rather than adding value. I think it is an eye sore. Sorry for being such a “prickle” about it, but it rubs me the wrong way.
I think conceptually it is weak. What does free coffee have to do with a streetlamp really? Isn’t it just too easy to substitute one form with another, and only on that basis? Am I missing something?

it is in my head forever now….definite advantage of the vertical sought after space allowed in closely knit retail environments…strong and sturdy i’m assuming, innovative, to-the-point, coffee anyone?
