CCC Pottery was started in 1960 by Dennis Tupy. Mr. Tupy had immigrated to Canada from Czechoslovakia in 1951, and was one of the premiere mold makers at Blue Mountain Pottery before starting his own enterprise. Around 1966 CCC was renamed Rainbow Ceramics. It remained in operation under this name until the mid 1980s.
