Back in 1957 the first D.H. Russell Original Design belt knife was finally elevated from a limited and custom basis into full production, with the design becoming a registered trademark the following year. Now 50 years later they are still being manufactured by the same family in the same town in the same way. This limited edition model features beautiful and select materials, like figured Arizona Ironwood, handmade mosaic designer pins and brass rivets, and the 50th Anniversary logo is etched onto the blade and leather sheath. Even though Grohmann Knives are classified as production knives, there are many craftspeople applying their skill across the 53 steps of manufacture.
