A recent global study chose traditional Newfoundland speech as the most distinct variety of English on the planet. The language is comprised of a blend of vocabulary embellished with insightful and colourful sayings. These posters, printed in gold-coloured ink, are an attempt to preserve and showcase the humorous sayings that add richness to Newfoundland culture and tradition.
